| Randhawa kick-starts construction of lane, drain | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Mar 30: Member Legislative Council (MLC), Choudhary Vikram Randhawa today kick-started construction of lane and drain at Ward No 4, Mohalla Tarkhana of Narwal panchayat in Gandhi Nagar Assembly constituency.
While kick-starting the construction of the s lane and drain which would be constructed at an estimated cost of Rs 4 lakh, Randhawa said it was the long pending demand of the local residents.
He said that during the rule of the previous regimes, the people of the area were ignored for the reasons best known to those who had remained at the helm of affairs. He said that Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) is committed to carry out all round development of all the areas irrespective of caste, colour and creed. He said that the slogan of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi 'Sabka Sath Sabka Vikas' would be taken to the doorsteps of the people and the areas which are underdeveloped due to the political apathy of the previous regimes will be developed thoroughly. |
