Poonch, Apr 7: Jammu and Kashmir Accounts Employees Association (JKAEA) today organized a delegate session at Poonch. According to press release, the meet was attended by accounts personals belonging to the Accounts and Treasury organization. During the session, major issue confronting the accounts personnels were deliberated which include removal of disparity in pay scales of Assistant Accounts Officers, career progression of Accounts employees, fixation of seniority in the ration of 1:1 at the grass root level, reorganization of the accounts service by creation of posts in Degree College, Forest, Police departments etc, formulations of service rules of computer operators, date entry operators, up gradation of pay scale of Treasury cashiers on the analogy of accounts assistants, settlement of compassionate appointment cases under SRO-43, declaration of accounts service as Technical, exploring ways for career progression at each level of accounts service, induction of accounts personal in generals service, conduct of refresher course at regular interval, up gradation of accounts books/manual, regularization of Incharge Chief Accounts officers/ Accounts officers promoted in their own pay scale, strengthening of institutions of Director Finance /FAS & CAO'S. The vice president of the association Lal Chand Sharma and organizer Kamal Singh Pathania appealed the Finance Minister to implement the pay and accounts system in the state which is revolutionary fiscal reform towards transparent financial system and also alleged conspiracy behind derailing the new system which needs to be ascertained. The prominent among others who participated in the session include Adarsh Sharma, Rakesh Wazir, G.P Singh, Kuilbir Singh, Shiv Pal Singh and others. |
