NCP leader visits Kathua villages, holds meeting | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Apr 10: Former Minister and veteran leader Thakur Randhir Singh NCP chief J&K state after his one day visit to Kathua along with team of party leaders R S Billowaria General Secretary and chief spokesman met all cross sections of the society including Gujjars and Bakarwals who were rehabilitated in 1947 by his father Late Zaildar Govind Singh and his Father in Law Former Minister Major Piar Singh who were responsible for providing all facilities to them including horses and particularly local Muslim workers to the team of peace committee headed by late G L Dogra, Ved Bhasin Editor of Kashmir Times and Syed Hussain Samnani Editor of Jammu Sandesh to go to Lohai Malhar where thousands minority people from Lohai Malhar, Machedi, Bani and Ramnagar area were stranded for security and peace committee helped and were properly rehabilitated and similarly in Doda District Muslims saved Hindus and other parts . Now the present rulers are communalizing the atmosphere of most peaceful region Jammu and also in the country. Singh while talking to medipersons in Jammu this morning said the coalition govt has badly failed in all fronts and is not able to utilize funds for all round development, farmers isues , working class, border peoples from Kathua to Poonch to Kupwara to Leh . |
