| Dr Manohar Lal questions large scale transfers in Forest, Health Department | | | Jammu, Apr 23: Dr Manohar Lal Sharma former Minster and Senior Congress leader taking the strong note of the postings and transfers in the forest as well as heath department after tender the resignation from the Ministerial berth by the concerned Ministers. It is surprising yet true that such large scale of transfers of officials within a day after quitting the cabinet is a matter of great concern and even some senior most officers of the department transferred setting aside all the procedures and norms particularly the some officers whose transfers is the prerogative of cabinet had been transferred single handedly.
Dr Sharma further said that the BJP and its ministers doing transfers losing all political ethics only to extract money and create bad precedence in the eyes of law. It is pertinent to mention here that several back date transfer orders has been issued by erring ministers after tendering their resignations. This is a disregard to the principles of the morality and political ethics even disregard to their central leadership. Dr Sharma said that this incidence bad precedence as such which is a favour to their nears and dears and even suspended some officers after surrendering power as Minister.
How it is possible that once the ministers surrenders his power how he can issue transfer and suspension orders of the officials. Is this kind of governance had been promised by Modi and BJP before the elections. |
