Jammu, Apr 23: Induction programmes organized at IGNOU Study Centre 12125P, Govt. District Hospital Gandhi Nagar and Study Centre 12127, Sant Mela Singh College of Education, Digiana for Fresh batch of January 2018 session. Induction programme for freshly enrolled learners of BPCCHN [Bridge Programme (Certificate) in Community Health for Nurses] Programe was organized at the Programme Study Centre of IGNOU 12125P, Govt. District Hospital Gandhi Nagar, Jammu. This is a special programme launched by IGNOU for the Nurses sponsored by the State Governments with the support of Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, as per an MoU between the said Ministry, Govt. of India and IGNOU. The present batch comprises of Medical Officers (AYUSH) working with NHM inducted for January 2018 session. The aim of this programme is to enhance knowledge and skill of learners in providing community health care services, develop competencies in dealing with issues of public health, provide comprehensive primary care based on the set protocols. Programme Incharge of the Centre, Dr. A.D.S. Manhas, formally inducted the newly inducted Scholars. Similarly, inauguration-cum-induction programme for freshly enrolled learners associated with the newly established regular Study Centre of IGNOU (Code 12127), Sant Mela Singh College of Education, Digiana Jammu was organized. |
