Jammu, May 10: Justice MK Hanjura rejected the pre-arrest bail of Abdul Majeed Parray an alleged Narco Smuggler. While rejecting the pre-arrest bail, Justice MK Hanjura observed that the objections filed by the Dy. AG is that a quantity of 1500 gms of charas has been recovered from the petitioner and his associate which falls within the scales and parameters of commercial quantity. Therefore, the rigor of Section 37 NDPS applies to the instant case and as a sequel to which, the application of the petitioner cannot be considered at this stage. |
