Early Times Report JAMMU, May 10: An emergency meeting of the office bearers of Jammu Central Mahajan Sabha, Shalamar Road, Jammu was called today to discuss and express concern on the deteriorating law and order situation in the state. The meeting was chaired by Sabha president Romesh Chander Gupta. All the office bearers with one voice criticized stone pelting incident that occurred in Narbal in which a tourist from Chennai was killed. These incidents of stone pelting in the valley on vehicles of the yatris of Shri Amar Nath and other touristsare condemnable, the meeting resolved. The situation is worsening day by day, so it was resolved in the meeting that the central government as well as the state government should act fast so that the people of J&K may not suffer further. |
