Lakhanpur, May 10: The Inter school Zonal level tournament of football and Wrestling of zone Lakhanpur held at high School Kharote U/14 and U/17 Years (BOYS).
Tournament held at age category U/17 Years Boys & U/14 Years Boys. In under the age group 17 yrs total 12 schools and 39 players where as in under the age group 14 yrs total 07 school and 38 players participated. In football player selected on trail basis in both U/14Yrs and U/17Yrs age group.
Similarly in Wrestling four players namely Neeraj Kumar (M.S.Karroh), Neef Ali(H.S.S Keerian) Ashique Ali(H.S.S Keerian) and Ketan Singh (M.S.Karroh) in weight category -32 Kg, -38Kg , -42 kg, and - 46Kg were selected in U/14Yrs age Category and 05 players namely Talib Hussain (H.S Kharote), Karam Din (H.S.S Keerian), Nardeep Dogra (R.S.Golden Hr. Sec. School) and Saif Ali (H.S.Basantpur) in weight category -42 Kg, -46Kg , -50 kg, -54Kg and - 69Kg were selected in Age Category U/17 Years
The competition of wrestling officiated by Swarn Singh, Romesh Singh, Sunil Kumar, Mandeep singh and Gurusharn Kumar where as officials of Football were Mohan Singh, Naveen Singh and Nidhi Sharma. All Matches conducted under the notice of Mr. Pardeep Singh Zonal Physical Education Officer Lakhanpur. |
