Jammu, May11: In a petition filed by Shabir Ahmad Bhat who was engaged as sweeper on monthly wages of Rs. 20/- in Primary School Waripora by Zonal Education officer, Vilgam, seeking regularization of his services, Justice Sanjeev Kumar after hearing both the sides observed that keeping in view the short controversy involved in this petition, this petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to release salary/unpaid wages of the petitioner, if due within a period of two months from the date certified copy of this order is available to them.
Justice Sanjeev Kumar also directed respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for regularization, if same is covered by the Statute and rules. |
