Speaking to reporters in Pulwama, Raza said: "There is a good coordination between CRPF, Police and Army in Pulwama district as a result good operations are going on here. I hope the remaining militants will be neutralized soon and our coordination will always remain good". Asked about countering stone pelting incidents on the encounter sites, the IG CRPF said: "We always make sure that people will not come on the encounter sites and even appealed to them that they should not come on the encounter sites as the bullets rain from both sides and the civilians could get killed in that. They should not come on the encounter sites and if they come, we make sure to send them away". Asked about message for qualified youth who are joining militant ranks, Raza said: "The message is that you are on the wrong path. Well qualified have a good life ahead. You are professionally qualified and your parents have educated you and do not go on the wrong path as its repercussions are very tragic". |
