| Nadholi residents hold protest against MLA Bilawar, PHE over supply of dirty water | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, May 28: Residents of Nadholi village of Bilawar constituency today held a strong protest against Speaker Dr. Nirmal singh who is the MLA of Billwar and the Public Health Engineering Department over the supply of dirty and bad drinking water to the village.
The protesters raised slogans against the MLA and PHE authorities. They alleged that due to callous approach of the MLA and concerned department, people of the area were suffering and their normal life was also getting severely affected. The protesters said that they have repeatedly brought the matter into the notice of the concerned authorities but all remained in vain.
The protesters said that they approached the MLA many times to highlight their grievances but no action was taken in this regard. They said that dirty water is seriously affecting their health. |
