Jammu, June 1: Inter Zonal District Level Competitions of District Jammu in the discipline of Cricket Boys & Girls U/14 & 17 yrs gets under way here at Prade Ground Jammu & Govt High School Jammu Cantt respectively.
In all 448 Boys drawn across from 14 Zones Jammu district are taking part in the Cricket Competitions and near about 90 boys are taking part in Tug of war Competition at Green Field Gandhi Nagar Jammu.
The competitions are being organised by Department of Youth Services & Sports under the patronage of Shiekh Fayaz Ahmad , KAS, Director General, Youth Services & Sports and under the overall supervision of Madan Lal, Joint Director Youth Services & Sports Jammu. While Chanchal Kour, DYSSO Jammu is the organising Secretary of the tournament.
Earlier, Madan Lal, Joint Director Youth Services & Sports Jammu in presence of Chanchal Kour DYSSO Jammu declared the competitions open. |
