RAJOURI, June 1: Police today rescued twenty bovines from the clutches of smugglers in Dharamsal police station area. During intervening night, police team headed by SHO Dharamsal Romal Singh under the supervision of SDPO Nowshera Khaliq Hussain was on routine patrolling at Solki area when some Tata Mobile vehicles JK02AM 5521, JK11B 4668 and JK20 3809 were seen coming from far distance but sensing police movement, drivers parked their vehicles roadside and fled. During frisking, 20 bovine animals were found loaded and rescued by the police. Cases in relevant sections have been registered by police in local police station. |
