| Gaurav Gupta inaugurates Yoga Camp | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, June 8: Arogya Bharti Organization organises Yoga Camp today at Bahu fort. 40 people participated in the camp. The Camp was inaugurated by Secretary Chamber of Commerce and Industry Gaurav Gupta the Marathon Man in presence of Mahavir , Rajesh Soni , Tarsem all three were from Arogya Bharti Organisation and Ajay Singh Chandel President Rudra Youth Trust . Mahavir was the main instructor during the whole camp and in a very efficient manner he has instructed all the Yoga participants. Gaurav Gupta while speaking on the occasion said in present scenario everyone is so busy ,full of stress and there is lot of adulteration among various commodities which leads to\ unhealthy lifestyle and multiple diseases in the Common Man . Today's Scenario if someone wants to lead a healthy life style one has to adopt regular Yoga and exercise on daily basis. Happiness, Prosperity and Progress are deeply connected to health.
An Unhealthy Person can neither be himself happy nor can be progressive and he can neither contribute to national prosperity. |
