Reasi, June 8: Dr. Banarsi Lal, Incharge, Senior Scientist-cum-Head of Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK), Reasi of Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology-Jammu (SKUAST-J) has been honoured as the Best Extension Work Award by the Samagra Vikas Welfare Society(SVWS) on account of his overall achievements and accomplishments in the field of agriculture and allied sectors. The Scientist award ceremony was held on World Environment Day i.e. 5th of June, 2018 at Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University (a Central University), Raebareli Road, Lucknow, Uttar Predesh.
