Another terror attack in Valley after group launches attack on army patrol party in Haril | | | Early Times Report
SRINAGAR, June 8: Terrorists attacked an army patrol party in Haril area of Kupwara district of Jammu and Kashmir on Friday morning. No injuries or casualties have been reported as yet. This was the fourth infiltration bid to have been foiled since the Ramzan truce on May 17. On May 18, five newly infiltrated terrorists were killed close to LoC in Handwara forest. Five terrorists were killed after Army foiled major infiltration bid in Tangdhar sector on May 26. This comes a day after two soldiers were injured after terrorists attacked an army patrol party near Line of Control fence in Kashmir's Keran sector. Earlier, terrorists attacked an Army patrol near the Line of Control killing a soldier and injuring another in the Keran sector of Kupwara district even as alert guards foiled terrorist attempt to loot bank cash van in south Kashmir district of Shopian. |
