| AJKYF holds protest against non supply of water | | |  Early Times Report
Kalakote, 17th of June, 2018: All J&K Youth Federation holds protest at Tatapani, Kalakote against the non-supply of drinking water for last ten days and demanded for adequate supply of drinking water. S.S.Khajuria, Executive Member, AJKYF expressed his concern about the crises of drinking water supply shortage due to mechanical defect in the water pump and urged upon the PHE Department and State Government to ensure adequate supply of the essential services in Village Tatapani. Khajuria further added that from last ten days water supply is not made getting functional due to mechanical problem in the water pump which is not repaired by the PHE Department even after making written as well as verbal representations and requests to the PHE department and non-supply of drinking water is affecting around 700-800 souls in the Village Tatapani because of which locals are suffering a lot in these scraching hot days.
Khajuria criticize the government and expressed serious concern over non-functioning of water supply scheme due to calious attitude of the PHE Department and demanded for regular water and power supply. |
