As per the details available with "Early Times" Kishtwar-Chatroo, Kishtwar-Thakrie, Chatroo-Drubeel, Kishtwar-Padder, Kishtwar-Sarthal, Chatroo-Sangpora, Kishtwar-Dool routes are the routes of Kishtwar District where over loading of vehicle goes unchecked as the authorities including local police, traffic, MVD preferred to laid Nakka's in and around Kishtwar town. As per the photographs available with "Early Times", the vehicle bearing Registration No. JK06-3238 (Cruser) has been clearly seen with passengers loaded on roof top of the vehicle. The vehicle was on its way from Drubeel to Kishtwar and as per the eye witnesses the vehicle was loaded with nearly two dozen passengers, thus threatening the lives of the passengers. The people inform the "Early Times" that due to non availability of the vehicles, the people left with no other option other than to board overloaded vehicles. The people said that due to poor road condition, majority of the vehicle owners refuse to ply their vehicles on Kishtwar-Horna-Drubeel road. The people demanded starting of SRTC bus service for the area so that overloading menace could be checked. |
