| JKFFA remembers Brig Mohd Usman | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, July 15: Jammu Kashmir Freedom Fighters Association (JKFFA) on Sunday held a function to remember Brigadier Mohd Usman, a hero of 1947 Indo- Pak war.
A function was held at Dogra Shaurya Sthal Amphalla Jammu which was organised by its President Ved Gandotra the President of the Association. Kiran Wattal Ex. Municipal Commissioner was the Chief Guest on the occasion. Floral tributes were paid to Martyr by the members chanting of National Anthem, Candles were lit in his honour and a two minutes silence was also observed.
The members also remembered other martyrs and asked the youth to follow the path and sacrifice and honesty shown by the martyrs and freedom fighters to make a Great Bharat of their dreams.
The prominent who spoke on the occasion were Rajiv Mahajan (State President Shri Ram Sena), J.J Singh, Th. Karnail Chand, Prabhat Kapahi, Gaurav and others. |
