| Kidnapped minor girl rescued, accused arrested | | | Early Times Report
Rajouri, Sept 14: Rajouri police claimed to have arrested a boy who kidnapped a minor girl from a village of Rajouri and recovered the abducted girl.
A man from Kharak village of Kalakote lodged a missing report of her daughter on 7th of September terming it her mysterious missing and during initial investigation it came to fore that she has been kidnapped by a boy.
"During investigation, police received some vital clues and on the directions of SHO Kalakote Inspector Mustaj Hussain under the supervision of SDPO Nowshera Khaliq Hussain, a team from Kalakote police station raided a suspected location at Chasana Reasi", said police spokesman.
He further said that during raid, the minor girl was recovered and the kidnapper namely Kapil Dev has been arrested. The said accused is a resident of Jamola village of Rajouri and presently living in a rented accommodation in Jawahar Nagar Rajouri.
Police have also registered a case under FIR No 76/2018 under section 363 of RPC and started investigation. |
