JKGPAOA demands DPC of officers | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Sept 14: Jammu Kashmir Graduate Promotee Agriculture Officer`s Association (JKGPAOA) President expressed gratitude for putting check on unholy business of temporary promotions in Agriculture Production Department. Showing his full faith in the present administrative setup of JKAPD he urged the Advisor(G) to consider the series of representations moved by JKGPAOA to highlight the burning demand of DPC to promote the VEWs/JAAs/JAEOs to class-VII gazetted and then fix the seniority list for further promotion to class-VI and above by conducting DPC. He lamented on denial of promotions to promotees as per their due quota for decades together and apprehended that a big scandal may get surfaced if temporary promotions accorded to Agriculture Officers by JKAPD time to time are enquired thoroughly. He further stated that the injustice met dragged the deserving candidates to file various court cases and in one surprising instance, the J & K , Government Agriculture Production Department instead of implementing the judgement of filed LPA which harassed the genuine claimants as it contributed to linger on the DPC process. |
