Yogi Baradari call on Advisor VV Vyas

Jammu, Sept 14: The President All J&K Yogi Baradari Shri Chanchal Yogi along with other members of the Baradari met V.V. Vyas Advisor to Governor of J&K at Circuit House. The submitted a memorandum requesting therein for issuance of Notification in the Government Gazette as the J&K State Backward Commission has already fulfilled the genuine demand for inclusion of the said communities in the list of OBC by amending sub rule c (i) of rule 4 of J&K Reservation Rules 2005 and adding these communities as other social castes (OSCs) in the State. The above communities have got a sigh of relief and now their children would also be able to get the benefits available to the other OBC communities not only children but they will also get benefits of other schemes launched by the Central as well as State Government after issuance of Notification in this regard. The Advisor has patiently listen the demand for issuance of the Notification in the Government Gazette and assured that the instructions / directions will be issued to the Social Welfare Department J&K Government for immediate issue of Notifications after his return to Srinagar. The President thanks the Advisor.
