JAMMU, Oct 12: MHAC School, Nagbani is privileged to have Swami Omkaranand Sarswati's visit o October 12th, 2018 in the school premises.
Swami Ji has been doing workshops for students on mind control training programme based on Vedas & Meditation. He is connected to DAV CMC, New Delhi. During his visit to the school, Swami took up two sessions with the senior students. The session started with Gayatri Mantra & meditation in order to know thyself & inner peace. He talked about the dire necessity of connecting ourselves to Vedas., In his discourse, he emphasized on self-introspection to live a virtuous and fruitful life. His session was based on "Meta Science or Spiritual Science wherein he invited everyone's attention towards imbibing values and instill in students spirituality and self-discipline. He talked about the erosion of moral values in today's youth due to which anger, jealousy, ego and desires have taken a forefront. |
