| KVK organizes awareness programme | | |  Early Times Report
Reasi, Nov 1: Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK), Reasi organised a vigilance awareness programme at Government Degree College, Reasi.
The programme was organized in collaboration with NHPC, Reasi organized at Govt. Degree College, Reasi. The programme was attended by more than 110 college students and college professors. The campaign on vigilance awareness was commenced from 29th of October.
The programme was organised under the guidance of Associate Director Extension (ADE) and Incharge of KVKs of SKUAST-J, Dr. R.K. Arora. The programme was co-ordinated by the Principal, Dr.SP Sarswat. Dr. Rakesh Bharati gave the welcome address and briefed the significance of the programme.
Dr. SP Sarswat said that corruption has now engulfed every walk of life and the people have the psyche that there is nothing wrong in giving or taking the bribe. He added that we all need to make strenuous efforts to make our country corruption free. He stressed on the digital technology to reduce the corruption. During the programme debate and essay writing competitions were also organized. The students took keen interest in the programme. During the programme Prof. Suman Bala, Dr.Suraya Partap, Dr.Lakhvinder Singh, Manohar Lal and others were also present. Prof. Suman Bala presented formal vote of thanks. |
