JAMMU, Nov 22: Rich tributes were paid to Lt Gen Bikram Singh during observation of his 55th death anniversary by Lt General Bikram Singh Yadgar Committee at Bikram Chowk today. The students of Govt High School Ware House Jammu and Singer Artists also participated in the programme and presented the cultural songs as well as patriotic songs which was loudly being applauded by the gathering. The dignitaries who attended the function expressed their views are JMC Mayor Chander Mohan Gupta, Deputy Mayor Purnima Sharma , Vicky Mahajan , Dinesh Gupta , S. Kirtan Singh , S. Gurdev Singh , Lalita Sharma and Chairman of the association , Susheel Sharma , Sukh Mahinder Singh and Pummy Baba.
