Jammu, Dec 15: The department of Urology, Super Speciality Hospital (SSH) Jammu conducted advanced laparoscopic surgeries.
For the first time a senior laparoscopic surgeon from Mumbai Dr Pradeep Rao operated three cancer patients. It was for the first time that Laparoscopic prostate surgery for Cancer was done by local team included Dr Elias Sharma, Dr Rahul Gupta, Dr Ajay Anand, Dr Raja, Dr Ranjeet Laparoscopic Radical prostatectomy was done at zero cost. The patients have been discharged home, never before such procedures have been performed in Jammu. The team thanked to principal madam Dr Sunanda and Anesthesia team lead by Dr BB Kapoor and theatre staff led by Dr Hashia without whose cooperation this would not have been possible. |
