Sanskriti School, Kathua celebrates Ramanujan's Birthday | | | Early Times Report
Kathua, Dec 22: Jammu Sanskriti School Kathua celebrated Ramanujan's birthday as the National Mathematics Day. A special assembly was conducted on this day. It is celebrated in order to honor the birth anniversary of the famous Mathematician. School organized role-play, poem recitation and skit on this day. Students of classes 5th to 10th actively participated and understand the importance of mathematic in their day to day life. It was organized by Arti (TGT Maths) to aware the students about great mathematician & his works. Ramanujan have played a significant role in developing different formulas, theorems and theories and mathematics in India. And thus, it is importance to promote and cultivate the magnificent tradition of Indian Mathematics by celebrating National mathematics Day. Senior Wing Co-ordinator Pardeep Kour appreciated the efforts of Maths teacher and students for successful event. She also threw light on the importance of mathematics in our life. She further said that we must not have fear from Maths rather learn with fun. Primary Wing Co-ordinator Samriti Sharma also said focus on training our children with play way methodology to train them to learn for life. |
