| The indifferent statement issued by Hurriyat Mirwaiz against India appeared in the media dated 24th June 2018, that the people of Kashmir without defined specifically whether it Kashmir, denoted valley based only or region or J&K as a whole, which requires clearly for internationally, had lost trust in dialogue and believe the Delhi could never be sincere. He further boasted that, despite the fact the National Government knows the whole fact of its State affairs but it is doing nothing to address it". That Para of his press statement had being shocking, irrelevant and tissue of lies. In fact he knows also that delegation headed by the Home Minister, other delegation of reputed personalities as well as interlocutor visited the valley to familiar with the ground realities for the reason to generate violent, unrest to incite the people for sub-veritable activities, for killings and bloodshed, stone pelting on security forces who restore peace to protect them, and made shield of youths for its cause at the cost of their lives in live of allurement and using the mosques for anti-national purpose for provoking against the national government and all their blood spilling terror actions and find out the solution in consultation with them through dialogue but Alas! That no so called leader of the Hurriyat came out to welcome then to express thanks for their visit to find out positive solution at their door but instead of that generosity shown by the national government they closed the main gate of their residence and treated them with uncivil manner. With the result of that their uncompromising behavior, they all went back frustratingly without any results. Although National Government extended its efforts to find out the solution of the so called issue in the light of that effort to develop the cordial atmosphere for mutual talk to find out way for amicable solution, how, he blamed that the National Government was not sincere and they had lost trust of dialogue, while it declared on international forums that any differences and issues would be solved through dialogue. That remarks against the National Government is an objectionable and serious. He should consider through his vision of mind and try to change his tilt mind set.
Mirwaiz brought out also a new formula for the so called political issue for the State of Jammu and Kashmir in his statement referred to above which was needed between India, Pakistan and Srinagar Muzaffarabad to come on board and deliberate on its as an alternative to the UN resolution on J&K State. He should aware about the facts, the India-Pak talk comes in merit in view vide of Simla agreement but Muzfrabad-Srinagar talk does not come in view on any logic because of Muzaffarabad is a part of Indian State territory whose people belong to Indian citizens and Kashmiri people also belong to Indian citizen and these, during two nation meeting, India would protect the interest of its citizen. Therefore the question of Muzaffarabad-Srinagar talk does not resolve the mutual difference on national level as such its proposal is vague and mockery, which grabbed by Pakistan through its military forces, which is to be surrendered by it, as government of India has declared in the UN General Assembly meetings which is known to the world, especially to it also. He may exert his influence to Pak for talk in the cordial atmosphere for peace and development purpose. It is only alternative the Hurriyat after consultation with India may arrange to meet Pak ruling leaders to sort-out mutual differences. As regards to make a base of UN resolution, it has already absolved its obligations on the issue of Kashmir relating resolutions on the basis of Simla agreement. In this regard the UN Security General Deccclared internationally that in the light of Simla agreement there is now no weight of UN Kashmir relating resolutions. Therefore Mirwaiz has no any chance to refer the UN Kashmir relating resolutions. The issue only comes to India and Pakistan to solve the difference. He knows that Pak knocked the doors of the world powers, exerted efforts to influence the Muslim powers including OIC of the world with the proximity of religion but all the world power advised it, that the it was a bilateral issue under the spirit of Simla agreement therefore it was not feasible for them on the issue and it was better for it to resolve on its own accord, Pakistan evaded talk with India straight way which was known to it. In the last it followed the technique of terrorism in the name of religion to bleed India, which is following.
Mirwaiz may go to search his soul whether his terror agitation is useful for human cause, where the people of the country have been living in fear atmosphere to absence their tradition and minorities are killed brutally. Islam does not teach t create such of atmosphere. It is the only country in the world there its people are enjoying without any fear and dread or any restrictions. In the light of secular generosity, he should divert his energy for the cause of his nation.
He should analyze keeping in view of political situation of the world powers wherein the demand for alienation of anti national elements from its nation had risen raised, which crushed with heavy hand by that ruling leaders of the country. No ruling leaders of any country of the world had interfered for its internal affairs, being their antinational demand. They realized that no power of the world had come to support them for their cause. They due to that set back changed their mindset to follow peace path for prosperous living with the people. The world history is full leaded with likewise examples. Out of that Pakistan is also suffering with this problem, where in Pakhtoons, Sindhis as well as MQM are fighting with tooth and nail to alienate from the mainstream. It faced their secession challenge with the use of extreme and inhuman violence, but on the other side it provokes its valley based stipendiary Hurriyat lobby to agitate for its demand to secede from the mainstream through violence, for that purposes it flooded terror funds for its cause. However keeping in view of international developing situation, Hurriyat should on its own visualize to make the better future for their people, who has ruined due to the present set up of violence and rigidity and choose the path to solve the differences in peaceful manner. |
