| Unelectrified Sathra village exposes Poonch development | | |  Sarfraz Chak

Mandi, Dec 28: The people in Poonch are deprived of basic amnesties like electricity and water supply. According to sources from Sathra village of Mandi tehsil, the people of mohhalas ward number 3, 8 and 9 of said village are still unelectrified and government and political representative of local areas including legislators are unaware about the matter.
Sarpanch Fazal Hussain of the said village accused Power Development Department of failure to provide electricity to the people.
Locals informed early times that, the students have to do reading under candle light. Furthermore, they informed that, department is sending bills to the said mohallas, where locals are without electricity since independence. They appealed to governor Satya Pal Malik to advise concern department to provide power supply and other basic necessities to the common masses.
