Poonch, Jan 5: Although government of Jammu and Kashmir has framed the transfer policy under which one employee can serve almost two years at a single place of posting, but in border district Poonch many officials are found at same post and department for more than ten years making the border district Poonch "the hub of corruption".
According to sources, these officials are openly looting the gullible masses in the name of fee and commission.
Locals said, "most of these employees are backed by some political parties".
They have appealed to Governor Satya Pal Malik to take strong notice of the matter and transfer all over staying employees. |
