Early Times Report Jammu, Jan 6: Several Sikh organizations have demanded full security to their brethren community, residing in various part of Kashmir valley. An emergency meeting of various Sikh organizations of J&K was held under the chairmanship of S. Darbinder Singh President Sharomani Akali Dal . The meeting was attended by members of Bhai Kanahyia Nishkam Sewa Society, AISSF, Sikh Naujwan Sabha, Sikh Welfare Society, strongly condemn the killing of a 25 year Sikh youth namely Simranjit Singh S/o S. Nanak Singh of Khasi Pura Tehsil Tral whose brother was elected as Sarpanch of that locality in recent panchyat elections. The participants said that Govt. of J&K should have given fool proof security to the families of the elected local bodies and Panchyat elected members. All the participants strongly demanded to pay Rs. 25 lacs to the family of Simranjit Singh and given government employment to a member of family and arrest the culprits immediately.
