JAMMU, Feb 25: Miran Sahib Police today claimed to have arrested an absconder who was evading his arrest in NDPS Act case.
Police spokesman said that a police party of Miran Sahib tracked down and arrested the accused, namely, Sunny Khajuria of Indira Nagar, Miran Sahib.
The said accused had been evading arrest since 2017 in a case under FIR no. 96/2017 under section 8/21/22 of NDPS Act of Miran Sahib police station.
In this connection, a warrant under section 512 CrPC had been issued by the Additional Special Mobile Magistrate, RS Pura. |
