| SCL 10+2 meet governor, demand regularization | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Feb 25: Senior Contractual (10+2) Lecturers on Monday demanded regularization as per civil services special provision Act, 2010, a legislature passed for the regularization of all the ad-hoc, contractual, consolidated employees.
Senior Contractual 10+2 lectures in a single voice said that series of meetings have been conducted by the administration regarding our regularization. A meeting was also held with the governor regarding this issue and he assured them about their regularization. They said that their parents and family members are suffering from a quite a long time with their families and old parents.
The Senior (10+2) Contractual Lecturers appealed the Governor for the early redress of their genuine demands that is regularization before the election so that they may not suffer any more.
He added that they have crossed their age limit while working in the Education Department.
Further they we have completed their seven years of service and deserve for the regularization as per Civil Service Special Provision Act 2010.
The representatives of Senior (10+2) Contractual Lecturers Rajni Jamwal and Pankaj Sharma met Governor and Chief Secretary and apprised him about the factual status of the case.
They also had meeting with Advisor to Governor K.K.Sharma and Advisor to Governor Khurshid Ahmed Ganai. They assured for the early redress of their genuine demand of regularisation.
Some of the 10+2 Contractual lecturers those who have completed their seven years of services have been disengaged by the department without any reason. Contractual lecturers requested governor and advisors to regularise them before the election. |
