Hiranagar, Feb 27: Water Sanitation and Hygiene symposium was organised at Girdari Lal Dogra Memorial Degree College Hiranagar in collaboration with Swarangana Meditation Charitable Trust on Wednesday. The Principal, Prof (Dr.) Tilak Raj Sharma along with Prof. Daya Vilas Khajuria, Prof. Vijay Kumar, Prof. Rakesh Sharma, Dr. Renu, Dr. Neeru Sharma and Dr. Sapna Bhargav graced the occasion.
The theme of the symposium was to make students aware about the conservation of water. Students of the college participated enthusiastically in the symposium, Himanshika of B.Sc. Sem-IV stood first, Mohit of BA Sem-Sem-IV was second and Inderjeet Hans of Sem-VI stood third in the symposium event. Prof. Ritika and Prof. Jyoti Rani were the jury members. |
