| Open School Taekwondo championship concludes | | |

Jammu, Feb 27: A spectacular closing ceremony of 11st J&K Open School Taekwondo Championship 2019 was held at Sprawling Buds School, chinar Bantalaab, Jammu. The event was organized by J&K Taekwondo Association. 15 Schools across the Jammu province participated in the said championship. All the aspiring medalists from all the schools took part in the above mentioned event. The purpose for organizing the 11st J&K Open School Taekwondo Championship 2019 was only to provide a professional platform to the athletes of Taekwondo at school level. The event was designed and proposed by the technical committee of J&K Taekwondo Association under the supervision of DN Pangotra (Acting President, TFI). More than 300 players from different 15 schools participated and tested their metals while playing in the said championship. The craze in young buds was completely phenomenal. Kendriya Vidyalaya Bantaalaab declared as over all champions in the 11st J&K Open School Taekwondo Championship 2019. On the said occasion of closing ceremony Rahul Shashtri (Principal Sprawling Buds) joined as the Chief Guest, while as Subash Shastri (President NMC) declared as Guest of honor. Rahul Shashtri (Principal Sprawling Buds) while felicitating the medalists congratulated all the athletes for winning medals and J&K Taekwondo Association for organizing the 11st J&K Open School Taekwondo Championship 2019. |
