Udhampur, Mar 7: on the hind side of the tall claims of the governments with regards to development, students including locals of seven villages in Ghordi area have to risk their lives to cross the big Nallah to reach schools, offices, hospital and other places . During the rainy seasons the ordeal becomes even more difficult and risky as the nallah is general swollen. Varinder, a local while Talking to Early Times said that despite repeated pleas to the JK Government as well as the district administration, nothing has been done so far as if they are waiting for a causality. He alleged that many times students while crossing the Nallah fell down and got injured because there are only big boulders in the Nallah but the District administration is in the deep. He added that over 2500 people of seven Villages i.e Dharnu, Malal, Dudli, Thamla, Jugdhar, Kullaser Ghoth Kansar are worst sufferers due to absence of bridge over big Nullah at Khalta Narod Upper Satyalta. |
