Jammu, Mar 26: Salal Power Station organized a Free Medical Camp as Corporate Social Responsibility & Sustainable Development initiative under Health Sector at Panchayat Ghar, Village Bidda, Distt. Reasi. The camp was inaugurated under the leadership of Himanshu Shekhar Chief General Manager, Salal Power Station in the presence of Rakesh Goel, General Manager(Civil), Dr. Dheeraj Sharma, Sr. DCMO, Dr. P.L.Sharma, Senior Manager (Lib.), Sarpanch of Village Bidda and a large gathering of locals. Dr. Dheeraj Sharma, Sr. DCMO, Zorawar Hospital, Salal Power Station with his team of Para Medical Staff checked-up the patients. Shekhar expressed happiness about the response given by the locals of Village Bidda who gathered in large number for Medical Check-up during the camp. Speaking on the occasion, Shekhar said that the initiative has been taken under Corporate Social Responsibility and a few more such camps shall be organised in the surrounding villages of Reasi. He appealed the locals to avail medicare facility provided by Salal Power Station at their door step. 220 patients were checked-up and free medicines were distributed during the said camp. |
