Jammu, Apr 5: The much awaited "5th Annual Abhishek Sports Meet" was held on Friday , April 5th 2019 with great zeal, excitement and frolicsome atmosphere in Tawi Technical Campus.
The program began with the welcome of the guest of honour Er. Vidhi Singh Jamwal Chairman Tawi Group of Colleges and Er. Renu Bangroo, Managing Director Tawi Group of Colleges. The Chairman, in his key note address, he emphasised on the importance of sports in a student's life. Student of various Department competed in events namely cricket, Badminton, Volleyball, Kho-Kho, Athletics, Table Tennis and others.
The sports meet shall last for two days. Prof B.R Moza Special Secretary to the Chairman, Dr. Dinesh Badhan Director TEC, Dr. Shivani Singh Principal Cambridge International School, Dr. Deepak Sharma Principal Tawi college, Participants from sister Institution IMS, YCET and IECS from Jammu and other Committee members were also present for making the sports meet a great success.
