Kishtwar, Apr 5: On the bases of strong resentment protest held by the Trade Unions including PHE Association, RJC Trade Union, PHE daily Wagers Union, United PHE Association at PHE Sub Division Kishtwar against the alledged manhandling of a Junior Engineer (JE) of PHE Department Kishtwar identified by the agitating employees as Abhey Sen.
While demanding a rigorous action against accuse Madan Lal belonging from Matta Kishtwar, the Trade Unions deputation also called upon SHO Kishtwar and demanded lodging of FIR against Accuse Under relevant acts against the culprit which according to them will be the justice with the victim JE.
They expressed its deep displeasure and anguish on manhandling case of on duty JE working in PHE Sub Division added that despite JE addressed the problem related to drinking water supply, the accused without any reason manhandled him.
They alledge that on reaching the site, the accuse man tried to snatch the mobile of JE which he resist, but to the disappointment the accused slapped JE in Public View.
On the bases of the complaint, Kishtwar police register an FIR against the accused under various section of the law. |
