AIBCU demands implementation of Mandal Report 4/10/2019 10:09:37 PM Jammu, Apr 10: All India Backward Classes Union demanded implementation of Mandal Report. They alleged that in BJP manifesto and PM Modi mentioned in about 20 speeches in JK 2014 Lok Sabha rallies but after the formation of the government agenda of alliance excluded Mandal, Ram Mandir and Art 370. "OBCs of the country didn't forget that BJP'S LK Advani opposed Mandal Report, led down VP Singh govt, but Modi was trusted upon as OBC PM.
