RAJOURI, Apr 10: Centre for Hospitality and Tourism, Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University organized one day workshop on life skills. This workshop covered wide areas of Life Skills including Self Awareness, Problem Solving, Decision Making, Critical Thinking, Creative Thinking, Interpersonal relationship, Effective Communication, Empathy, Managing Emotions, and Dealing with Stress. Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof Javed Musarrat congratulated the centre for conducting the workshop. In his message, he said that life skills are associated with managing and living a better quality of life and help individuals accomplish their ambitions and live life to the fullest potential. Prof Naseem Ahmed, Dean School of Management Studies delivered the key note address. He enriched the participants with the useful knowledge and effective execution of the life skills for personal and professional development. Amir Malik, faculty member of the centre gave a thoughtful presentation on important issues in life skill education. Earlier Asrar Gaus, Director of the centre delivered the welcome address and highlighted the theme of the workshop.
