| Ward No 64 residents protest against JMC | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Apr 28: Congress workers and local residents of ward no 64 today staged protest demonstration against Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC).
The protest was led by Thakur Hoshiar Singh Congress leader and an effigy of JMC was burnt and the main road was blocked at Durga Nagar chowk. The protesters were alleging that nothing was being done by sanitation, transport wing, civil works and enforcement wing of the Corporation.
They further said that despite many complaints and press conferences regarding the issue, nothing has been done.
Thakur Hoshiar Singh said that there were many others problems which concerned with the JMC but they have failed to render their duties. |
