The BJP national general secretary Ram Madhav who addressed a poll rally at Khanabal Anantnag instead of Kulgam town was advised by authorities not to take risk of visiting Kulgam in view of volatile situation there. This has simply shown that how grave the ground situation in Kashmir Valley is. This has also exposed BJP as well it's national general secretary Ram Madhav in charge Kashmir that situation is returning to normal in the Valley. When the political party cannot not hold rally in the town which is going to poll due to security reasons how BJP can claim situation is limping to normalcy. This is a million dollar question?
