Kathua, April 29
In continuation to special drive against drug menace launched by Kathua Police, today Police team of Police Post Hatli took five drug addicted youths from village Chak Sajjan in the initiative.
Police spokesman said that the police team later brought the present conditions of these youths before their parents who further requested Kathua Police to intervene and support them for de-addiction and rehabilitation of these youths.
“Police team initiated the process to get these addicted youths for their treatment in drug de-addiction center and will make continuous efforts for their rehabilitation,’ said spokesman adding that the parents of these youths expressed gratitude for Kathua Police and appreciated efforts of police for such initiative.
Kathua Police appeal to parents of addicted youths especially addicted youths to come forward and let's fight against this deadly menace for better future.
