JAMMU, June 1: A thirty days theatre workshop commences, which was inaugurated by Umesh Singh President Rangshala Theatre Group of Society, Jammu.
According to press release, the Guest of Honour presented on the occasion were Madam Rabia Khajuria President Samrat-E-Hind and Senior Journalist, Rekha Sharma Actress/Voice of Duggar, Sunita K. Thakur famous Costume designer, Savita Sharma Actress/Singer, Archana Rekhi Educationist, Gautam Singh President Yamini cultural society, Jammu besides participants and their parents.
Speaking on the occasion Umesh Singh Director of the workshop said that main motive of the workshop is to prepare children to overcome the difficulties they face in day today life. As the children are mostly busy on online games or in stress due to their over ambitious studies by which they come under pressure, the drug menace which is like a Demon taking youth into their grip and many youth have fallen prey to it, smoking, alcohol, gambling will be the social evils which this workshop help them to overcome.
Old age parents respect, self-respect, choosing the right career, respecting elders, keeping brotherhood, abiding by the law of the country, keeping peace and harmony which is the main need of today's scenario will also be a part and taught through lectures by the guest faculty during the workshop. |
