| People stage protest against PHE at Mendhar | | |  MS Nazki

POONCH, June 1: Local's village Middle Dhargloon and Jaran wali Gali of Block Balakote protested against PHE department for no supply of drinking water last many year.
Local's villagers said that PHE department fails to supply of drinking water to locals totally depend the natural source but this natural source drinking water mixed with grubby and mud rainy water. Due to which small kids and old of the village have been affected with intestinal problem.
Inhabitants of Middle Dhargloon and Jaran wali Gali area of Mendhar sub division of Poonch District where the maximum number of people became victims of diarrhea had been drinking water mixed with Grubby and mud for the several months. We informed about the matter to time to time to higher authorities but in vain.
Two year ago, the PHE department was installing the pipe line but they did not get the water, but still the pipes are broken but villager total defended which comes with rain water villagers and local villager appeal to Governor Satya Pal Malik to solve this matter and save this villager. |
