| Inter Tehsil Kabaddi tournament concluded | | | Early Times Report
Mendhar, June 29: Inter Tehsil Kabaddi Tournament was concluded at OP Hill Stadium, Mendhar. The tournament was held on 28 & 29 June 2019 in Mendhar Tehsil of Poonch District. All tehsils of Poonch District fielded their teams consisting of amateur young players from remote areas, who were otherwise not getting adequate opportunities in sports. This tournament was conducted by Indian Army for the selection of a team to represent Poonch District in Inter District Kabaddi Tournament Finals of the tournament was conducted between teams of Mendhar and Haveli. The Haveli team was declared winner and selected as team of Poonch district. Poonch district team was selected based on the performance of players in the tournament and will be trained for the upcoming Inter District Tournament.
