| DC Udhampur attaches Patwari Sangoor | | | Early Times Report
Udhampur, Nov 6: Acting tough on complaint against patwari, Patwar Halqa Sangoor Deputy Commissioner, Udhampur Dr. Piyush Singla attached the concerned Patwari in the office of Tehsildar Udhampur.
It is pertinent to mention here that a resident of Udhampur has lodged a complaint in the office of Deputy Commissioner Udhampur against Patwari Sangoor.
Deputy Commissioner directed the Tehsildar Udhampur for spot visit and detailed report in the matter, Tehsildar Udhampur submitted report in this matter and it was found that concerned patwari has altered the revenue record in violations of standing order No-22 and circular instructions issued by Financial Commissioner Revenue J&K from time to time.
Keeping in view the gross violations and insertions in the revenue record it has been found that full fledged enquiry of whole record of Patwar Halqa Sangoor is mandatory. In this connection ACR Udhampur is appointed as enquiry officer and directed to submit the detailed report of all changes made by the concerned patwari and submit a report within one month. Pending enquiry concerned patwari is attached in the office of Tehsildar Udhampur. |
