Jammu, Jan 8: In the absence of lady Police, the JKP's Men in Khakhi went into a mild scuffle with agitating +2 Contractual Lecturers, who were trying to reach civil Secretariat this morning, seeking fulfillment of their long-pending demands. Meanwhile contrary to this at Press Club, a heavy contingent of lady police deployed to prevent retired SRTC employees' march towards Secretariat.
This morning around four dozen, contractual +2 Lecturers, were gathered outside Secretariat, near Nescafe. As the agitating teachers, mostly female leading the march started moving towards the secretary a handful Policemen reached on spot to prevent them to move further.
The Police personnel created a human chain to prevent them. But unfortunately, in the absence of lady Police, the Policemen have to stop them.
Meanwhile, in another incident outside the Press Club, there was a large number of Lady Police to prevent to proposed Secretariat Challo march of retried JKSRTC employees. However, the agitating retired officials restrained themselves. |
