Mohra Kallar village lacks dispensary, patients suffer | | | Early Times Report MENDHAR, Feb 17: Mohra Kallar village in block Balakote of Poonch district comprising of over 500 souls here have accused the Health Department of ignoring their plights, saying that the village even lacks a dispensary, thereby leaving the patients here to lurch at large. The locals said that in absence of health care facility, the villagers are being forced to travel at least to 10 kilometers to visit other hospitals or dispensaries. "We are being forced to visit private clinics here," they said. Er M R Kazafi a local resident said that despite approaching the higher ups several times in the past, the authorities have failed to come up to the expectations of people, leaving them to suffer. Meanwhile, residents demanded authorities to open up a dispensary in the village so that they could heave a sigh of relief. |
